Cumulative Revenue and Signups by Day and Region

Regional sales managers want to analyze both revenue and user acquisition trends over time. For each date and region, they need to see the daily revenue, the total revenue accumulated in that region up to that date, and the total number of signups accumulated across all regions up to that date.
