The marketing analytics team wants to understand how the ratio of new user signups to orders varies by region and day. They want to focus on days and regions where there were at least 10 orders, to avoid noisy ratios from low-activity periods.

day : the date of activity region : the sales region signup_count : number of signups on that day (from signups table) orders : number of orders in that region on that day signup_per_order : the ratio of signups to orders (as a decimal) Only include rows where orders is at least 10. Order the results by day ascending, then region ascending.
