Top Three Salaries Per Department With Manager Info

The HR team is preparing a feature to highlight top earners in each department. They need a list of up to three employees with the highest salaries in every department, including anyone tied at those salary levels. For each, provide the employee's name, salary, their manager's name (or NULL if they have none), and the department name.

Return

department_name : the name of the department employee_name : the employee's name salary : the employee's salary manager_name : the manager's name or NULL if none Only include employees assigned to a department. Results should be ordered by department name, then by salary (highest first), then by employee name.
