Weekly Sales and Signup Summary by Region

The regional sales manager needs a weekly summary to track both sales performance and new customer signups across all regions. This report will help identify which regions are driving revenue and attracting new users each week.

region : the sales region year_week : the year and week label in 'YYYY-WW' format total_revenue : total revenue generated in that week total_orders : total number of orders in that week total_signups : total number of new signups in that week Include all region-week combinations where there were sales, even if there were no signups (showing signups as 0 in that case). Order the results by region and then by year_week ascending.
